Does this require changing how we run our ERP?
No. Agility Intelligence is built to work within your existing ERP workflows, not replace or restructure them. It connects to SAP Business One or Macola through each platform's native APIs, which means it reads and writes using the same data structures, permissions, and business logic your team already relies on — there's no separate database or middleware layer introducing a second version of the truth. Your existing reports, approval chains, and day-to-day processes stay exactly as they are; the AI adds a faster way to interact with them, it doesn't rewire them. Teams that adopt AI Agent for questions, AI Interpreter for order entry, or AI Fusion Production Scheduler for planning keep doing their jobs the same way, just with less manual work in the middle. If a workflow does need to change, that's a decision your team makes deliberately during setup, not something the software forces on you.
Will this disrupt day-to-day operations?
No. Implementation is designed to be low-impact, and rollout typically happens in phases rather than as a single disruptive cutover. A discovery session maps your actual workflows first, so the initial deployment targets one or two high-value processes — like order entry or ERP queries — rather than trying to change everything at once. Because Agility Intelligence connects through native APIs instead of a parallel system, there's no data migration, no downtime window, and no need to run two systems side by side while a new platform gets validated. Teams typically keep working normally throughout setup, and pilot results are usually visible within the first 90 days rather than after a long implementation cycle. Do users need extensive training?
No. The interfaces are built to match how people already ask questions and do their jobs, not to require learning a new system from scratch. AI Agent works through plain-language questions instead of report-builder menus; AI Fusion Kiosk needs only an Employee ID and PIN to get a shop-floor operator working in seconds; and AI Interpreter and AI Packing run largely in the background, only surfacing something to a person when an exception needs review. Most users are productive within their first session, and ongoing use looks more like asking a coworker a question than operating specialized software. Administrators and supervisors have a bit more to learn — managing permissions, PIN policies, or workflow approvals — but that's a narrower, role-specific setup task handled during onboarding, not a training requirement for the whole team.
Can we control permissions for different users?
Yes. Every user's access to Agility Intelligence's AI components is granted and scoped by your own team, following the same role-based permissions already configured in SAP Business One or Macola. That means a user's AI Agent access mirrors what they're already authorized to see and do — someone with read-only access to a module gets read-only AI answers about it, and only users with the right permissions can trigger transactional actions. Supervisors and administrators manage this centrally, including things like AI Fusion Kiosk PIN credentials, without needing a developer or a support ticket to adjust access as roles change. On top of that, any AI action that would write data back to your ERP still requires human approval unless it's part of a workflow your team has explicitly reviewed and approved to run automatically, so permission control and approval control work together rather than one substituting for the other.
